Giveat is born, a restaurant committed in cooking healthy dishes based on natural foods, mainly fruit and vegetables, grown directly at the venue. It is possible to book a collection of leftover food at home and which will soon have to be thrown away, the restaurant arranges a collection service with a special means; the customer who supplied the raw material will be rewarded with a discount coupon for a meal at the restaurant. The withdrawn foods will be used to prepare recipes at the venue or to prepare compost useful for crops.
